Upon booking an appointment, a 50% refund is applicable for cancellations.
However, if the cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled
appointment, no refund can be processed. It's important to note that after
rescheduling an appointment, refunds will not be possible.
Should rescheduling become necessary, clients have up to 12 months from the
original appointment date to make a new booking without incurring additional
charges.
Refunds, when applicable, will be reimbursed into the client's account within 5
to 10 working days upon notification of the cancellation, provided it meets the
refund criteria.
